Mr. Spencer is awesome!! He has helped my parents every year with all their Medicare needs. He listens and is very patient. I am so thankful for him. My mom passed away a few years ago, but my dad insisted on keeping him. He felt so comfortable talking with him. The best part is my dad actually understands his plan. I have actually referred my in-laws and they think he is great too!
