Do you even need additional coverage other than Medicare? Many people turning 65 are new to the process and can sometimes be confused by information through the mail, on TV or any other source. If you are still working and covered with Major Medical Insurance, covered through a spouse, have a retirement benefit of permanent Major Medical Insurance, or have coverage through the military (TriCare or Champus), then you will almost certainly NOT need any additional coverage to Original Medicare.

Do you have or will have Both Medicare Parts A and B? Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans both require that you be enrolled in both to be eligible. If you do NOT have part B of Medicare but want/need it, contact Medicare to enroll.
